We are beyond excited to welcome back athletes and coaches to a wider in-person activity program.

Special Olympics Southern California is pleased to announce that as of June 1, we will begin Phase 3 of our Sports & Programs Return to Activity Plan.

In Phase 3, groups of up to 250 athletes and coaches may participate in sports training and competition in SOSC’s traditional Spring Sports: Athletics, Basketball, Bocce, Flag Football, and Swimming. Phase 3 allows for increased group sizes and more opportunities for competition.

We will monitor information from trusted health authorities and will adjust our plans as merited by that information.  If new information emerges that would cause us to adjust the plan, we will do so and supply updates.

What is Phase 3?

On June 1, 2022, we are entering Phase 3 of Return to Activity. In this phase of Return to Activity, there are the following restrictions on size of gatherings and activities.
