STEP UP TO COACH AND CHANGE THE GAME

Being a Special Olympics coach is about more than sports. Coaches help athletes with intellectual disabilities build confidence, make friends, develop leadership skills, and discover what’s possible when someone believes in them. Every coach helps create opportunities that extend far beyond practice and competition.
You provide the heart. We provide the training.
Many of our coaches start with little or no experience. If you’re passionate about inclusion and helping others succeed, we’ll provide the training and support you need. Whether you’re an experienced coach or simply ready to make a difference, there’s a place for you on our team.
