2025 Fall Games

Competitions

Sunday only
  • Modified competitions will be offered on Sunday only, depending on weather and facility conditions.
  • Please note that several weather and facility conditions may require us to cancel or delay competitions. These include, but are not limited to, more than 1” of rain within 24 hours, standing water on the fields, visible lightning, thunderstorms, or heavy rain.
  • There is a chance we will need to cancel competitions prior to Sunday if the City of Fountain Valley restricts us from using the fields.

Formats for Each Sport

  • Golf – 1 round, all levels
  • Soccer – 2 games per team, single elimination with consolation bracket (4 team), round robin (3 team)
  • Softball – 2 games per team, single elimination with consolation bracket (4 team), round robin (3 team)
  • Tennis – Singles competition only
  • Volleyball – 2 games per team, single elimination with consolation bracket (4 team), round robin (3 team)

Delegation Dinner & Athlete Celebration

Saturday evening
  • Dinner: 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
    Program: 6:30 – 7:00 p.m.
  • Athlete Celebration: 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
  • Location: Anaheim Marriott
    700 W. Convention Way, Anaheim, CA 92802
  • Attendees: Registered Delegation members only. Wristband required for entry.
  • Parking: Available for registered delegates only. No parking for visitors or drop-offs.

Activities for Delegations at Hotel

Saturday only
  • Saturday
    9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Anaheim Marriot
    700 W. Convention Way, Anaheim, CA 92802
  • We will set up activities for the delegations, including cornhole, cards, ring toss, tic-tac-toe, and board games.
  • We will also host a Power Up workout with Coach Max at 11:00 am.

Festival

Saturday only
  • Saturday
    9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Fountain Valley Sports Park Recreation Center
  • Each delegation will be assigned a time block of when they can visit the festival, so we avoid large crowds. We will distribute scheduling details and assignments by Friday evening. Times will align with the Healthy Athletes times.

Healthy Athletes

Saturday only
  • Saturday
    9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Fountain Valley Sports Park Recreation Center
  • Each delegation will be assigned a time block of when they can visit Healthy Athletes so we avoid large crowds. We will distribute scheduling details and assignments by Friday evening.

Meal Services

  • Lunch will be provided during designated delegation time blocks at the park.
  • We will utilize outdoor enclosed tents for lunch dining.
  • Meals will be delivered to the dining tents.

Rafer's Boutique

Saturday only
  • During the Delegation dinner and Athlete Celebration from 4:00 – 8:30 p.m. at the Anaheim Marriot

Travel

  • Delegations have the flexibility to adjust their travel timelines.
  • Delegations should closely monitor weather forecasts that may impact travel to and from Fall Games.  Please heed warnings around flash floods or road closures due to the storms.
