This event is not open to the public and is only for active Special Olympics athletes who have been invited. Please don’t share these instructions or invite others without checking with Chloe first. If you have a teammate or friend you’d love to bring, reach out to Chloe so we can check for space. Friends and teammates who can carpool together may be prioritized.
Before You Sign Up
Please only continue if BOTH the athlete and their guest can check every box below.
Please do NOT continue if you cannot attend, do not have transportation, or cannot arrive together.

To and from the event. Carpooling is highly encouraged!

The athlete and guest must arrive and enter the event together.
Can finish all forms by June 1
All required forms must be completed by Monday, June 1.

Each athlete may bring one guest only.
- A parent
- A caregiver
- A coach
- A family member
Have These Ready
Needed for both the athlete and the guest:
- Social Security Number
- Government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID)
A Few Things to Know
- Military base security is stricter now. The process can take longer than expected and may feel a little frustrating. Please do your best — your patience is truly appreciated.
- The deadline is tight. Try to start early so you have time to finish everything by June 1.
- Some browsers don’t work well with these forms. If something isn’t loading properly, try opening it in a different browser.

Have an Active Duty or Retired Military ID? (CAC or USID)
You can skip this step. Go straight to Step 2 and enter your military ID information in the final question.
No military ID?
Complete DBIDS pre-enrollment first.
On the DBIDS site, choose the first option: “DBIDS Pre-Enrollment Site.” If nothing loads, try another browser.
