Each workout focuses on a specific sport, with training exercises tailored to enhance performance in that sport. All equipment is provided, and the activities are designed for you to complete comfortably at home—whether on your own or with a workout partner.

Meet Your Workout Leader

Max Glaser is a high-energy Strength and Conditioning Coach from Southern California with a passion for helping athletes of all abilities unlock their full potential. With nearly a decade of experience coaching Special Olympics athletes in Wisconsin, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, he is dedicated to making elite fitness training accessible to everyone.
As the leader of the Healthy Lifestyle Challenge (HLC)—a dynamic, four-year program designed to boost strength, confidence, and overall performance in Special Olympics athletes—Max has built a thriving fitness community focused on progress and empowerment.
