- The Knights of Columbus (KOC) originated in 1882
- It was founded on the principles of charity, unity, and fraternity.
About LETR
- The Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) was founded in 1981 by Wichita Kansas Police Chief Richard LaMunyon.
- The mission of LETR is to generate funds/spread awareness and inclusion for Special Olympics athletes.
- LETR is an international organization made up of law enforcement agencies around the world
- LETR has raised over $1 billion for Special Olympics since the organization was founded.
