Special Olympics Southern California and The Regional Center of Orange County are teaming up for an incredible event!

You are invited to join us on Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Garden Grove Park to learn about what Special Olympics Southern California has to offer to the Orange County community. You can participate in sports activations, learn more about our local programs, and find out how to register to become an athlete or volunteer!

No RSVP required.
Just show up and be ready for a a fun day!

Come to our Information Booth for volunteer opportunities, and don’t miss our Sports Activations for athletes. 12 tablets will be available for families to complete their athlete registrations!

Sports demos for volleyball, soccer, bocce, and flag football. Come participate with current Special Olympics athletes!

Provides health screenings and education to athletes while changing the way health professionals interact with people with intellectual disabilities.

Fit Feet, Special Smiles and Strong Minds will be in attendance. No formal health screenings will be available at this event but one of our Clinical Directors will support an education- and engagement-focused environment.

Obstacle courses for children ages 2-7 to introduce them to the world of sport, with the idea of preparing them for Special Olympics training and competition.
