  • Focus on physical activity and the WHY behind doing physical activity
  • Each workout focused on a muscle group
  • Workout will include a demonstration of these muscle groups
  • Information on what kinds of sports this workout is good for will be shared
  • Overall endurance building
  • NOTE: No meet ups Monday, January 18 and Monday, February 15 due to the holidays.
