Create Your Own Movement Workouts
Create your own movement as a way to earn points by doing a physical activity that you enjoy. Some examples of activities for create your own movement are: Going for a walk, riding a bike, participating on an online exercise class (not HLC), dancing for 20 minutes, playing an outdoor game that raises your heart rate, taking a pet for a walk, jump roping, doing yoga for 20 minutes, jumping on a trampoline for 20 minutes.

Submit for your daily points using the daily check-in form by 10 a.m. the day following the calendar challenge date. For example, if the challenge is on April 7, you have until 10 a.m. on April 8 to submit for your team points.
