What is a Local Program?
Local Programs are volunteer-led teams that bring the mission of Special Olympics Southern California (SOSC) to life in their community through sports and inclusive activities.

Who can begin a Local Program?
Anyone!
If you are a volunteer, athlete, Unified Partner, family member of someone with an intellectual disability, or represent a municipality, Adult Day Program, or community organization, you can start a Local Program to help expand Special Olympics opportunities in your community. SOSC will support you every step of the way!
