We recognize that we need to invest in cultivation steps with prospective donors.
We also recognize that our typical cultivation efforts (i.e. invitation to join us at a competition) are restricted due to the pandemic, so we have identified ways volunteer leaders and Development Team members can work together to engage donors and prospective supporters.
